Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchanges
We accept exchanges for:
- Incorrect items received
- Defective or damaged items upon delivery
- Size issues (for apparel)
Steps to Request an Exchange
- Contact Us: Email us at contact@papasonns.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
- Approval Process: Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
- Shipping the Item Back: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Receiving Your Replacement: Once we receive the returned item, we will process your exchange and ship the replacement.

- Approval Process: Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition
- Have the original packaging intact
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this time, production begins, and cancellations are not possible.

- Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please retain the packaging and include photos in your email.
