Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchanges
We accept exchanges for:

  • Defective or damaged items upon delivery
  • Size issues (for apparel)

Steps to Request an Exchange

  2. Approval Process: Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
  3. Shipping the Item Back: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Receiving Your Replacement: Once we receive the returned item, we will process your exchange and ship the replacement.

  • Orders canceled before production begins

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom or personalized products unless defective
  • Sale items
  • Shipping fees

Return Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition
  • Have the original packaging intact
  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this time, production begins, and cancellations are not possible.

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please retain the packaging and include photos in your email.
  • Processing Time: Refunds and exchanges are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item.
